Yes, all of our products are 100% plant-based and vegan.

Eclipse is not another pint of frozen plant milk. We dug in and mimicked milk’s creamy molecular structure using plants like cassava, potato, and corn. Recreating micelles with plant-based ingredients is what allows our ice cream to look, lick, and taste just like traditional dairy. Eclipse serves up everything you love about ice cream, all while using less water, less land, and less greenhouse gas than conventional dairy.

These flavors don’t contain any milk, egg, nut, seed, soy, or wheat ingredients:
